Curtis R. LeGeyt
Associate
Curtis is a born and raised Calgarian. He graduated from the University of Calgary in 2017 with a Bachelor of Arts degree, and subsequently graduated from the University of Calgary in 2020 with a Juris Doctor.
During law school, Curtis volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada, working on both the Consent Project and Family Law Duty Counsel Project. Curtis joined Wise Scheible Barkauskas as an associate in 2022. He has worked exclusively in family law, appearing in both the Provincial Court and Court of Queen’s Bench with some frequency. Curtis has always had an interest in family law and would like to build on his experience with alternative dispute resolution.
Curtis is an active member of the Law Society of Alberta and the Calgary Bar Association. He is an active volunteer in the Calgary community, which includes volunteering with organizations such as Theatre Calgary, the Wilder Institute/Calgary Zoo, and the Calgary Public Library.
